Home Based Therapist
Licensed Master's Level Social Worker or Professional Counselor is responsible for providing a variety of services to families with children with Severe Emotional Disturbances in their home and community. Home Based therapists develop and implement individualized person centered plans, engage and develop therapeutic relationships with families, and teach families valuable social skills. Staff are available to families by cell phone for consultation, work flexible schedules to fit family needs, have on call duties, and must have reliable transportation to travel within a 60 mile radius.
Wraparound Facilitator
Child Mental Health Professional with a Bachelor's Degree in a mental health related field and three years of experience with children and families. The Facilitator will support a family in developing a team of community and natural supports and facilitating a strength based plan and coordinating all team efforts. Specialized training is provided.
NFIS provides extensive training & consultation. Staff receives medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance. Staff work a flexible work schedule from their home office. Staff home offices are supported with mileage reimbursement, cell phones, internet service, and laptops allowing them to work mobile.
